Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Obstruction of Justice
I lied to police to cover up a loan I got in my wifes name. I have now admitted it to my wife and the police, but apparently, I may still be charged with obstruction. What are the possible outcomes? They have not given me any information other than that I will hear from them.

Re: Obstruction of Justice
If this is your first offense, it is worth looking for a reduction and/or dismissal. It is punishable by six months in jail, so you need to be represented. Feel free to contact me directly if you want. 216.952.1990
