obtaining ohio license
my license was suspended in Ks in 2001 - want to obtain Ohio license - what states do they check for suspensions?

Yes, I beleive Ohio and Kansas share information. They are both members of a compact (agreement) between states to share driving records. However, it might be worth a try to visit the BMV and see if they are aware of your suspended status.
