Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I'm in Ohio and i got charged with possession of marijuana. it was city a misdemeanor. Now the cops said they had to come over 24hours later and fix the ticket. They changed it to state and a controlled substance. I also had my gun on me and have my ccw. They took the gun and wont let me know if ill get it back.

There is a deficiency in the summons and complaint that could be raised in court. As to the CHL and confiscating your gun, whther you had your gun on you at the time of the offense would determine your rights. Feel free to contact me.
