Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
In Ohio can you have a felony expunged if you had a conviction of DUI prior to the time of your felony charge.

Very doubtful An expungement requires that the expunged crime is your first offense and there have been none after. The only way I can think of is if your DUI is very old, say 10-20 years and it does not show up on any prior crime check.
