Ohio Misdemeanor Sentencing

I recently was sentenced for an M3 Misdeamenor. 60 days Suspended, 24 month Probation, 120 days Tether, 200 Hrs Com Service, $500 Fine, and 3 days jail for each hr i fail to complete of community service. Charge was 2907.06(a)(1) for offensive touching. Doesn't sentence seem excessive? it appears the Judge maxed me out in every category. No criminal record and I don't even live anywhere near that State of Ohio anymore.

Can I appeal this or does this appear to be a normal sentence?

I wouldn't say this is especially harsh. After all, the jail time was suspended. The appeal has to be filed within 30 days of sentencing.
