Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
In Ohio If police execute a raid on your home and you are not arrested at that time but they come back 6 months later to arrest you, will they bring all the charges against you at once or will they possibly separate the charges? For example charge you with misdemeanors first then felonys at a later time?
