can you be arrested fore ordering books on growing marijuana and seeds through the mail

I do not beleive that it is illegal to order a book on growing pot as long as you do not also include any of the drug paraphanalia in the purchase. The first amendment will protect you. A parralel qustion would be could you buy a murder mystery and be accused of murder.
