Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
get name out of paper
I was charged with a misdemeanor in theft. My community newspaper prints the name of all adults charged with an offense and the offense in the paper. Is there a way that I can get my name to not be printed to protect my children from being ridiculed in the neighborhood.
They shouldn't have to pay for something I have done.

I don't see anyway you can stop them legally. You might try just calling them and try to convince them not to print your name.
