Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Parapheinila
I got charged with a M4 parapheinila of two glass pipes and a digital scale. This is my first offense. Should I get a lawyer and is there anyway these charges could be dropped?

Re: Parapheinila
The potential penalities for an M4 are a fine of up to $250.00 and/or 30 days in jail. Since it is a drug offense, it could also carry a 6 mos. license suspension. Also, many people do not wish to have a drug offense on their records. You do not have to get a lawyer, but if you did it is possible the charge could be plea negotiated to somethjing else or dismissed or even beaten at trial. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. Best regards, Edward DiCato
