are the parents of a juvenile that raped another juvenile responsible for the medical bills of the raped juvenile?

In Ohio, under the parental liability act, parents are only liable for up to a certain amount of any monetary damages their children cause. When I last had to deal with this issue back in the late 90s, I think it was something like ten or twenty thousand dollars. Not sure if it has changed since then. Google "Ohio Parental Liability Act" and you might come across the answer.
