Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
parole
I am currently engaged to a gentleman who is on parole and will be until Feb of 05 I know that I can not live with him. But am I allowed to stay over at his house on the weekends and visit during the day or is that against the law? I would very much appreciate your advice.
Thanks

Re: parole
That would be determined by the requirements set by his parole officer or conditions of his parole.
Also the nature of his crime that he is out on parole for may be a determining factor.
