Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Paying back bail money
If a federal judge releases a person off bond can the local clerks office refuse to give back personal bail money ie. $4500 personal money from posted $5000. Personal money (not gone through a bail bondsman).

The answer to this question depends on what the Judge wrote in the entry to release bond. This is a problem that your attorney should take care of for you.
