Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If a three people work together to deliberately scam money from an unsuspecting victim, is that organized crime? What authorities should be contacted?

If it's one crime then it's just a conspiracy where there are each guilty of that crime. Only if it were a series of crimes would it be considered organized crime.
