Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
can a person make an appt with a judge to talk to him. son had one judge he left office and trying to file a motion for the new judge to relook at his judicial release has seved most of his time thank you . or is it ok to have a lawyer just speak to the judge for me

In Ohio, if you are represented by a lawyer, a judge is not going to communicate with you without your lawyer being present. Further, even if you were representing yourself, it would likely be inappropriate for a judge to speak to you without the prosecutor being there as that would be ex parte communication.
