Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If a person in the State of Ohio is sentenced to a jail term of 180 days for multiple counts of driving under suspension, can the sheriff of the county let that person out before all of there time is served?

Possibly if the county has a policy regarding letting someone out early. Often it involves good behavior.
