Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
How do I petition the court for eaely release?
I'm writing on behalf of my son who was arrested 8-5- 06 in Huron Co, and taken to Crawford Co Sheriffs Dept. I was told he needs to petition the court for early release, so that he won't loose his job.He was arrested for non support. The warrant was issued 2-3-06. He is to serve an automatic 30 day sentence.
He has told me that noone at the sheriffs dept. won't listen to him to even handwrite a letter to petition the court. What advise do you have for him?
