Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
petition for expungment-juvenile
Is the petition the same for a juvenile as an adult wishing to remove a charge.i have a form to fill in already to file myself. is the Ohio Revised Code the same that it references on the petition?EX -orc 2953.32 (A)(2)....this is what it says for the sample for adult.
