Physician allowed to practice while under Crimanl Investigation
I just found out that my sons doctor has been in touble,I would like to know is it legal for them to be able to see Patients and still prescibe medications when they have been investigated for selling Presciption Drugs? He was indicted in 2004 and extends back to 2001.

The only way to answer that question is to contact the Ohio State Medical Board. The Board controls the licenses of medical doctors who practice in Ohio. If the doctor was licensed in Ohio and the Board has not taken any action to revoke that license or to temporarily suspend it, then it is perfectly legal for the doctor to continue to practice medicine.
Remember, in America a person is innocent until proven guilty, even if the police begin an investigation.
