pigs and id's
can you be cited for calling a cop a pig? also can you be arrested for not carrying a state issued id at all times?

Technically, you can be arrested for anything. The question is whether it is against the law to call a cop a 'pig'. Normally, no, it is not against the law. The gray area arizes when and how you do it. For instance, just calling someone a pig is ok and protected by your First Amendment Rights.... doing it in a loud, obnoxious, drunk manner may suddenly be considered "disorderly conduct".
Regarding the State issued ID's. Typically, you don't have to carry one. However, one must be readily/reasonably available upon request.
