Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Hello, I plead no contest and was found guilty of poss. of marijuana in February 2009. In June 2010, I plead the same and was found guilty of theft. I would like to know that if after my year is up if I would be eligible for expungement.

No. Expungements can only be granted if you have had one and only one conviction for a non-violent or non-sex crime. You have 2 separate convictions.
