Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Do I plead quilty, not quilty, or no contest?
I have been charged with underage drinking (I am 20 yrs.old), obstruction of justice and falsification. Friends of mine had been out drinking and were in an accident. They fled the scene, but I went to the scene with another friend. Police at the scene questioned us and charged with the above misdemeanors. This is my first offense for any misdemeanor.

No doubt that you need to plead not guilty, and ask for a lawyer if you cannot afford one, or call me.
