Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Police have been calling and calling,today they call and say i need to return the call or they will get a warrant and come pick me up. If thats the case why havent they already done that.

It can be a ploy to get you to come in and give a statement. I'd encourage you to retain a lawyer immediately. You have the right to maintain your silence. Make sure you do that. Statements you make can be used against you.
