police guidlines on charging one with posession of drugs

I was arested at a residense serched and handcuffed, then put into a police car. then taken to jail,apon arriving i was removed from the car and taken inside. while being booked in ,the arresting officer finds drugs in the the back

floorboard of his car. i am then charged with posession of said drugs.is there enough proof to convict me.

There are a number of things that need to be looked into by an attorney that may vindicate you. Most importantly is the Daily log for that officer and the police cruiser that you were transported in. For example, how many other suspects were transported in that car prior to you. I would definitely retain an attorney to handle this for you. Also, what was the original reason for your arrest??
