police interrogation
when being interogated by a polioceman or detective, shioldnt it be recorded both audio and vidio?

Ther is no law stating that it must be recorded and it can only help the prosecution if they do... unles they beat you up.

There are no legal requirements that it be recorded, but it becomes an issue of credibility that can be challenged at trial - it is a weakness for the prosecution.
