Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
polygraph
A convenience store I worked at was broken into. Police are asking every employee to do a volunteery polygraph. From what I understand they are have no leads. What happens if I chose not to take the test. I didn't break into the store!

If you refuse to take the test you may become a suspect. I understand your reluctance to take the test. The employer must still prove that you took the money.
