posession without knowing?
hi im a student a a ohio school, a few days ago i had a headack and one of my friends gave me what i thought was tylonal and my other friend explained what it was and i went and threw it away (it was vicoden) i took a drug screen and it came up negative for anything. Can my school still expel me if they wish for posession?

If your school has a "Zero Tolerance" policy, they may try to expel you but do they even know about it? And if they don't, are you going to tell them?
Also, the fact that you thought it was tylenol could save you, but the kid that gave you the vicoden would in all probability get suspended too.

You can be charged if they knew you had it, but it sounds like no one caught you with it.
Even then, if you were mistaken that would be a complete defense.
