Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Possession
I was arrested for possession of Marijuanna and paraphenalia in Belmont County Ohio.At a country music festival I was caught by Deputies smoking a pipe.I had a small pipe and less than 1 gram of marijuanna.This is my first offence.What can I expect to happen in court on Friday?
I was never read my rights and was not allowed to speak with an attorney.

You can expect a 6 month license suspencion as well as a fine of about a couple hundred dollars and a suspended jail sentence, unless of course you have a criminal record or do something to piss off the judge.
