What is a post conviction release and do you have or where can I find such information?

Postconviction release used to be called Shock Probation. Modern times; modern phrases. The information on this can be found at Ohio Revised Code 2953.21. The Revised code can be found in the public library or on line at the Andersons web site(I think).
