Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
post conviction release
My son was convicted to 10 years for being in the passenger seat of a vehicle. The driver got 8 years and soon to be release (3 years). What I would like to know is can he filed this or should he wait until his appeal is finish? Can I do both?

Re: post conviction release
You can do both. A motion for reduction of sentence may be possible, and would not effect an appeal. Feel free to contact me if you wish. Best Regards, Edward Dicato
