Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Pressing charges
My girlfriend is 19 years old and on her own and we are planning on getting married. Her parents want to press charges against me for having relations with her when she was 16 and 17 can they do this or is she the only one who can press charges? She does not wish too obviously.

Re: Pressing charges
As long as she was at least 16, you didnt commit any crimes.
