Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
probation
If you have been placed on non-reporting probation (starting April 10, 2006) for a one year period of time, but medically you have found out you cannot work, nor drive, nor attend school as you had been doing and financially and medically you need to return to your parents home in another state. You have doctors' notes to this effect. What steps need to be taken so that you remain in compliance with the probation but can attend to your medical and financial needs also?

Re: probation
You just need to contact the court and ask permission, just to be sure, but you are probably alright anyway since most non-reporting probations do not have any restrictions whatsoever.
If you like I can make that contact for you.
