Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
can my probation officer order me to go to AA, even if my case wasn't alcohol related and i wasn't ordered by the judge to attend AA? i was ordered to talk to a counselor and if he was to suggest to my probation officer that i should attended AA, does my probation officer have the legal right to force me to attend AA meetings? again, i was not ordered to attend AA by the judge, as this was a non alcohol related case. thank you for your help and have a great day.
