Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Probation revocation

I am on intense probation for felonious aasult.I served 2yrs in pen.Just before my 1 yr.probation was up,my probation officer and 2 deputies came and searched my girlfriends house where I had been staying.

The officers found a 22 riffle that belonged to her and was registered in her name. They are sensding me back to the pen for 3yrs.

My lawyer filed for motion to supress, for illegal search. It did't work. Is there anything that can be said or done since it was her house and gun.Nothing was found on me.The only thing I have there are my clothes.

Re: Probation revocation

You are in big trouble. The burdon of proof in a probation violation is substantially less than in a criminal case.

Good Luck!!!
