Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Im a professional nurse that recently encounter problems with a old record 15 years ago with a fight with my boyfriend. Charge was disorderly conduct. I applied for espongment of records and court refuse to grant this. This is preventing me from getting new jobs. Please help.
