Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Prohibition under 21 charge
I am a first time offender and was given an underage drinking charge. I am eighteen years old. I was just wondering what options were available for me or if there was any way that the charge would not remain on my record for the rest of my life. Is there anything that can be done to make the situation any easier?
