Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
what can i do to protect myself and my family from my probation officer that is bent on sending me back to prison. he is constantly badgering me and my family in order to send me back for a year and a half of my life and then to try to send any of my family members to jail for interfering in any way.

Hire an attorney. If your PO is truly "badgering" you illegally, only an attorney can fight it. Alone, you are basically powerless.
