Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Do the new provision in Senate Bill 337 allow for the sealing of all types of felony/misdemeanor convictions? Specifically drug related charges...?

The significant change that this new law brings is that having multiple charges no longer prevents the expungement of those cases. As long as the convictions are not felony 2 or higher, you will be able to expunge a drug offense or two. Call me directly if you want more help with this 217.952.1990
