Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Pulled over by an Ohio State Trooper and had 3.5 lbs of marijuana in the car. I have never been in trouble and the charges of traficking and possession are possible felony three's. Can I get the charges lowered being a first time offender
? What are my options?

The amount will definitely hurt you. There are many possibilities for your defense. First, it may or may not be an illegal stop.
