Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My question is regarding "Do process" - the amount of time the courts has to bring an individual to trial. Question: is there a law that states a defendents must be brought to court within 90 days from date of indictment?

The speedy trial rights can be found in Ohio Revised Code 2945.71. Discuss this matter with your attorney as he/she may have waived you speedy trial right at arraignment.
