Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
questioning a minor
my son and his cousin were involved ina sex offense the victim was my son and hes 6......the accused is 13 .........no parents were notified or allowed to be present during questioning .........is this legal ????

The information they found may not be admissable if there is a trial. I do a lot of juvenile law, including interfacing with children services and of course the Court. If you are in or around Summit County, call for a free initial consultation if you wish.
