Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Recalled
When it states defendant status and it says released on summons, Final disposition Recalled? What exactly does it mean? What does Capias stand for? I thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Recalled
Capias is another term for a warrant. There is a capias issued, there is a warant out for your arest.
Disposition recalled most likely means that the case was disposed of but recalled/reopened for another matter.
You were summoned to court.
