Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I received a F4/M1 in 1997 for welfraud fraud. In 2001 I got pulled over for a speeding ticket and my insurance just lasped so stupidly I changed the dates on my insurance card and got another M1. My question is I am going to school to get my masters in criminal justice, will this enable me to be able to get a job in a crime lab when I am finished. And if so is there anyway that I can get an attorney and get this expunged?

Get a lawyer and fight the second charge. If you prevail, file for expungement of the first charge. Otherwise, you can not expunge if you are convicted.
