Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I have been receiving magazine subscription invoices in the mail that I did not subscribe to. I have proof of who has been sending them due to mail permits expiring and being sent back. Is this fraud and what legal action could I take? Is it worth my time a d effort?

In Ohio, you will want to make sure that these unpaid amounts are not going on your credit rating as derogatory entries. You are entitled to one free credit report each year, so I would contact either Transunion, Equifax, and/or Experian and get a copy of your report to make sure that you are not being dinged for this.
You should write a letter to the magazine company explaining that you have nothing to do with these orders (providing any documents that prove this) and ask them to stop sending you these notices. If the notices continue to come after that, then you likely have a case against them for violation of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.
