Receiving stolen property
a friend of mine was arrested last night for receiving stolen property and i would like to know whether or not that is a felony. i would also like to find out what sort of punishment he could face considering he has a job and we need to know if and when he'll be back.

If the items involved value more than $500, it is a felony. I would need more information before I could tell you what the minimum and maximum sentences are.
