Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Receiving stolen property
My nephew has been arrested for receiving stolen property. A buddy that lived with him stole the items and was never charged with theft, however, because the items were in my nephews apartment he has been charged with receiving stolen property. I feel personally that he was set up do to the fact that he and this buddy were going to part ways as far as the living arrangment. Should he plead guilty or ask for council. When arrested he was not offered counsel.

Get an atorney! If he meets the criteria, he can get one appointed to him by the court.
