Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Hello, recently i was in a car, that was parked, with kids smoking marijuana. I had their bag with less than 1 g sitting on my lap while they were getting their bowl ready. As this was taking place, two bicycle cops opened the doors and cuffed us, and i got charged for drug abuse with possession of marijuana less than 100g. My question is what should i plead, and how should i go about this?

it's not clear whether you are juvenile or not, but regardless, all you need to do is talk to a lawyer, or a public defender before you plead guilty or no contest.... Don't feel rushed....you might lose your license out of this, and that is a permanent record, so dont give into that without help from a lawyer first...feel free to call me directly 216.952.1990
