Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I recently had a criminal background check for employment reasons. It is showing a 'nolle prosequi' on an idictment for a 2913.02 statute charge will this affect my employement? They did a background check 5 years ago before they hired me with fingerprints.

that is not a charge or conviction....that means that a prosecutor tried to have you charged, but then withdrew it or otherwise failed to get an indictment...
