Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

i recently was in the hospital for alcohol intoxication,and i got hit in the head so i really dont remember what happened.well after i arrived home and after a couple of days of rest i was going through my things and i found a citation in my pocket for a summons to appear in court for drunk/disorderly conduct.will i be facing jail time for this?also i was wondering if i could waive my case and just pay a fine?

Will you face jail time? Yes. Is jail time likely? Probably not, but I don't know your criminal history (or lack thereof) or the judge you'll be appearing in front of, so I can't say for certain - no one can (except the judge).

Hire a criminal defense attorney. It'll be the best couple hundred bucks you spend. And stay sober.
