Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
record expunging
Is it possible to get a record expunged,
I have a court record for record tampering,(not claiming my full income for public assistance)
Could the record be changed - name of offense worded differently?

Re: record expunging
YOUR RECORD COULD BE EXPUNGED, THAT IS, COMPLETELY ERASED IF THAT WAS THE ONLY CRIME YOU'VE EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF, AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR SINCE IT HAPPENED.
CALL ME, THERE ARE OTHER FACTORS THAT MAY CHANGE YOUR ABILITY TO DO THIS.
