Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
removing old felony charge from my record
I am scheduled for sentencing on Jan. 30th 2001. However the ST of FL calculates my prison score sheet
with a total of 55 points calculating a 1977 first offense escape charge (in Ohio) of 9 points
My question is: How can
I have this removed from my record
in order to lower my score sheet total points before sentencing and is there any credit given on an over 10 year old felony charge period without other charges in that time frame? Thanks for your response.

Re: removing old felony charge from my record
Unfortunately there is not much you can do. In order to get a crime expunged it has to be a first and only offense. The fact that you have a new charge in florida messes up your chances for an expungement in Ohio.
Sorry!!!
